Kathleen E. Reardon, J.D. advises corporations and non-profit organizations in risk management and mitigation. She advises clients in the technology, education, and healthcare industries on corporate governance and privacy and data security compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations. She has also represented the nation’s leading healthcare organizations in employment, discrimination, and malpractice matters before state and federal courts, professional licensing boards, and administrative review panels. 

 

Ms. Reardon is a published author, having been editor of the "Handbook on Medical Malpractice: Questions and Answers for Patients & Providers," Executive Editor to the quarterly American Bar Association’s "National Security Law Report," and co-authored the article "Maritime Security Operations in the Twenty-First Century" The International Peacekeeping Journal: The Yearbook of International Peace Operations.


Ms. Reardon received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, and her Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York and the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.
